The LeSane Project

Founded in 2017, The LeSane Project is a mentoring organization with a focus on entrepreneurship, personal development, and social-emotional health.
Our vision is to create a world where every young person is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful and productive global citizens.

At The LeSane Project, our mission is to create a brighter future for the youth through mentoring, leadership development, and sports programs. Established in 2017 in Pompano Beach, Florida, we have
been providing high-quality resources, programs, and events to our local community ever since.

Founder and President

Jazzmann LeSane

Jazzmann, our founder, lead mentor and facilitator, has taken the initiative to create inspiring programs like The Young Entrepreneur Club, The Lemonade Workshop, and The Lemonade Club. 

 

Jazzmann is a graduate of Pompano Beach High School, Florida State University, and City Year Jacksonville.

Vice President and Program Director

Septembra LeSane, Esq.

Septembra has led the charge in creating The Educated Athlete Youth Sports Program in Pompano Beach. She is also the Head JV Girls Basketball Coach at Blanche Ely High School. 

 

Septembra is a graduate of Pompano Beach High School, Florida A & M University, Full Sail University, and Howard University School of Law.

Workshop Facilitator

Angel Thomas

Angel is a past participant in the Young Entrepreneur Club and The Lemonade Workshop. She is currently working as a workshop facilitator in Pompano Beach.
 

Angel is a 2022 graduate of Blanche Ely High School, and she is in her second year of college at Broward College where she majors in Marketing.
